Although a nice, steamy shower feels great especially on cold days, dry heated air and hot water can cause havoc on your skin!! I like to switch the water temp to luke warm right before getting out. I also apply a body oil right before my final rinse. I like this one by
Neutrogena! Sesame oil is great for softening and healing dry, scaly skin! If I'm taking a bath, I simply add a few drops to the water and soak! Be sure to pat dry and, if needed, apply a moisturizing lotion post shower!!
