Beauty Tip Tuesday: More on Head-To-Toe help!

Does anyone else have those goose-like, fleshy bumps on the back of their arms and legs (not such a flattering look for my spring wardrobe).  I need to act fast.  I learned that these little buggers, formally know as kertatosis pilaris are hereditary (and intensified by the cold weather!).  Basically, they are small protein deposits that like to hibernate around hair follicles.  To dissolve them, use a daily body lotion with a lactic acid base like AmLactin, found at most drugstores.
