You have three options when it comes to creating fuller lips.
1.) You can see an expert for Restylane injections. This is when hyaluronic acid gels are injected into the lip tissue to give you a fuller pout and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
2.) You can use at-home treatments. There are many beauty products on the market to help plump up the lips. I have tried DuWop's lip venom and it really does work although the chili extract stung my lips so bad. The hot tingling sensation apparently draws blood to the surface, hence fuller lips.
3.) You can try the makeup option. To create a natural-looking, full lip, outline your lips with a nude lip liner that matches your natural lip color. Dust a light shimmer powder over the center of your lips and slightly above your cupids bow (the two triangles on your top lip). Then, finish with a sheer gloss that has a slight shimmer in it.
